HILARY & NOAHHilary grew up in the North Bay, surrounded by a large extended Jewish family and attending a Conservative shul. After volunteering with her husband, Noah, in the Peace Corps in El Salvador, they returned to the Bay Area, initially settling in Alameda before moving to South Berkeley in 2019. Hilary currently works at UC Berkeley for a research institute and loves the energy, diversity, and beauty of their neighborhood.
Noah, who grew up in Idaho with a small Jewish community and a traveling rabbi who visited twice a year, has found the Bay Area’s rich Jewish life to be an incredible experience. He works as a data analyst for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and has been interested in cohousing since visiting a family member in a Colorado community. Since moving back, Hilary and Noah have been seeking a communal, engaged neighborhood, and they’re thrilled to be joining Berkeley Moshav. They can’t wait to move in and be a part of this new community! |
