Our Building

After working many months with our architects, Studio KDA, we are excited to share our schematic design. We are building 39 condo-style homes ranging in size from 650 to 1,450 square feet. This design was submitted to the City Planning Department in December 2021 and reflects the inputs and priorities of our community. Imagine relaxing with a book or watching kids play in the courtyard, enjoying the morning sunshine, or taking in the view from the 4th floor Havdalah Terrace. Urban living at its best, with a balance of private homes and community life! Details will undoubtedly change, but these images give you a good idea of what we plan to build on the property.
