Berkeley Moshav purchsed a half acre on the southeast corner of San Pablo Ave and Channing Way. The property is on the border between a quiet residential neighborhood and a commercial area with many shops and restaurants. It is:
- On a street with convenient and regular bus service
- 1.2 miles from the North Berkeley BART
- Less than a mile to Berkeley Bowl West
- Convenient to all four Berkeley synagogues, and walking distance to the
Conservative and Orthodox synagogues.
